Please ensure you read carefully the following Terms and Conditions in order to avoid any misunderstandings to your accommodation rental. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification on any matter contained herewith before you acknowledge your agreement to be bound by way of signing our booking form.
Breakage deposit
A breakage deposit of € 150 will be taken with the final balance. This deposit will be refunded to the guest immediately after the completion of their stay in cash, subject to the return of key and no damage or loss reported by the Owner’s management team.
Make a booking request
- Contact us via e-mail or fill the Booking Request Form giving us your details and the dates you want to travel, please check our on line calendar in online booking section for availability and promotional rates. Within less than 24 hours you will receive from us confirmation of Availability and Rates. In case the requested property is not available we will let you know with an alternative accommodation solution. At the same time you are given a booking option of 2 days. Within this period please let us know if you wish to complete the booking.
Proceed to payment
- In order to finalize your reservation, an Advance Payment (20% of the Total Accommodation Cost) is required via BANK TRANSFER to our bank account(Information will be send by email). The Remaining Payment (80% of the Total Accommodation Cost) will have to take place on your arrival at the property directly to the owner IN CASH.
Receive the accommodation voucher of Pearl Villa.
- After receiving the deposit, we will send you an Accommodation Voucher Package. It contains full information about your reservation and the property, detailed directions and maps to the property, the name and telephone number of the property owner or caretaker who will be greeting you upon arrival.
